Carrot Ginger Citrus Juice
Sometimes you need a wakeup call that is NOT coffee. This citrus juice is bursting with flavour and vitamin C, and will not cause caffeine withdrawal later in the day.
INGREDIENTS
1 romaine heart
1 whole cucumber
4 stalks celery or 1/2 of celery heart
4 carrots
2 inches ginger
1 navel orange, some of rind left on
1 grapefruit, some of rind left on

INSTRUCTIONS
Set up your high-powered juicer. Select organic fruits and veggies. Wash and prepare for juicing (see Juicing 101). Juice away! Serve immediately.
