Green Goddess Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cucumber
1/3 avocado
1 pear, seeds and stem removed
1 kiwi, skin removed
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup organic soy beverage
1/2 cup raw or frozen spinach
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon spirulina-chlorella blend (try this link for a brand I trust with no fillers or contaminants!)
A squeeze of fresh lime
Extra ice

INSTRUCTIONS
Blend, blend, blend! Enjoy as a cold smoothie, or blend with a little less liquid to create a beautiful green smoothie bowl. Top with goji berries or fresh kiwi slices and a few tablespoons of crunchy granola.
